Embassy of China in Cyprus holds flag-raising ceremony on China’s National Day

At 10 am on October 1, 2020, the Embassy of China in Cyprus held a solemn flag-raising ceremony in celebration of the 71st anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. Present at the ceremony were Charge d’Affaires, a.i. Mr. Wang Sheng and embassy staff.

The Chinese national flag was raised to the majestic and passionate “March of Volunteers”. All saluted the national flag and sang the Chinese national anthem in chorus, wishing for a more prosperous China and greater achievement for China’s major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
