The “AI-empowered recommendation system for real estate” project was successfully accomplished this week, in a collaboration between Cyprus China Network (CCN, https://ccnnetwork.cn/en/) and CYENS.
CCN aims to change the fact that recommender systems in the real estate market are currently not effective, having low performance, by developing a novel recommendation system based on artificial intelligence. CYENS undertook the responsibility to design such a system, giving guidelines, support and advice to CCN on how to develop it.
Based on the requirements set by CCN, CYENS designed a prototype of a recommender system tool, in a way such as that the known limitations of existing recommendation systems are addressed effectively. The project was funded by the INNOVOUCHER programme of the Cyprus Research and Innovation Foundation.
