The construction of a CYCLOPS training facility in Cyprus (Center for Land, Open-seas, and Port Security) was announced by the State Department on Saturday following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Foreign Minister Nicos Christodoulides earlier today in Nicosia.
