Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides had Friday evening a telephone conversation with his Armenian counterpart, Ararat Mirzoyan, to convey “Cyprus` full solidarity with the Armenian people” and Nicosia`s support “to the forthcoming peace talks for the de-escalation of tensions in Nagorno-Karabakh.”An announcement by the Foreign Ministry says that Kasoulides expressed hope that the Armenian side will attain its goals in order to secure guarantees for the security and stability in the region.CNA/AGK/ΤΝΕ/2022ENDS, CYPRUS NEWS AGENCY
