Total government employment increased by 755 persons (1.4%) in June 2021 in comparison to the corresponding month of 2020 and reached 53,209 persons. Permanent staff decreased by 998 persons (3.6%), from 27,627 to 26,629 persons. Temporary staff increased by 1,857 persons (11.4%) and reached 18,098 persons compared to 16,241 persons in June 2020.
