Private vehicles prohibited on forest roads due to danger of forest fires

All private vehicles are not allowed on forest roads due to danger of forest fires, as Cyprus’ Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources announced in a decree on Saturday.The prohibition is valid from August 8 until August 17.Violators are subject to imprisonment for no more than a year or/and to a fine of no more than 5.000 euro.CNA/KCH/ΤΝΕ 2020ENDS, CYPRUS NEWS AGENCY
