A total of 36 fines were given by the Police in the last 24 hours after 2,369 checks, for violation of COVID-19 measures which included 1,357 checks for safepass.According to Police, 19 individuals and 17 establishment owners were fined with most fines concerning the non-use of protective masks while reports against establishment owners were due to managers and employees not carrying valid safepass, overcrowded premises and patrons dancing.Fines ranged from 1,000-8,000 euros.The Police are reminding the public that the supervision …
