Cyprus issued 13-week Treasury Bills amounting to €75 million with a negative yield of 0.10%, the Finance Ministry’s Public Debt Management Office (PDMO) announced on Monday.According to a PDMO press release, the auction’s bid to cover ratio reached 185% as offers amounted to 139 million compared to the auction’s announced amount of €75 million.
