A meeting of the President of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades, with Jane Holl Lute, the UN Secretary General’s special envoy, is underway this evening at the Presidential Palace, in Nicosia. The meeting, that was scheduled to start at 7.00pm local time, takes place in the presence of Foreign Minister Nikos Christodoulides, Government Spokesman Kyriacos Koushos and Greek Cypriot negotiator Andreas Mavroyiannis, according to photos made public by PIO.
