President of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades is flying to Brussels on Thursday to participate in the Summit of the European Council, according to a press release issued here today by the Presidency.The 2021-2027 Multiannual Financial Framework and the Recovery Plan are on the agenda of the Summit that will take place on 17 and 18 July.
