Cyprus MFA saddened by death of Italian Ambassador in an attack in Kinshasa

The Cyprus Ministry of Foreign Affairs says it is socked and deeply saddened by the news of the death of the Ambassador of Italy to Congo and of a member of the Carabinieri, in an attack on their convoy in the capital Kinshasa.In a twitter post the Ministry expresses sincere condolences to the bereaved families, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Italian people. “Perpetrators must be brought to justice”, the post says.CNA/KCH/AGK/2021ENDS, CYPRUS NEWS AGENCY
