An informal meeting between the President of Cyprus, Nicos Anastasiades, and the Turkish Cypriot leader, Mustafa Akinci, is set to take place this morning at 9.30am local time (6.30am GMT), almost five and a half months after the two leaders had their last informal meeting, in late February.
