Cyprus issued on Friday 13-week Treasury Bills amounting €100 million with a negative yield of 0.21%, the Finance Ministry’s Public Debt Management Office (PDMO) has said. The PDMO said the issue was oversubscribed by 1.5 times as it received offers amounting to €150 million and it accepted offers amounting to €100 million which was the announced amount.The accepted yields ranged between -0.23% and -0.15%m the PDMO added.
