The Republic of Cyprus has requested the Council of Europe (CoE) Committee of Ministers to instruct the drafting of an Interim Resolution, which the Committee will approve, to mark its disapproval of Turkey`s flagrant disregard of the European Court of Human Rights judgments.Cypriot authorities submitted a communication before the Committee of Ministers, ahead of the latter`s meeting on December 1-3, with regard to the execution of the judgment in Cyprus v Turkey in relation to the missing persons.The Republic of Cyprus …
