Cypriot Deputy Minister for Research, Innovation and Digital Policy Kyriacos Kokkinos signed the Berlin Declaration on Digital Society and Value-based Digital Government. The declaration was signed during a virtual conference on December 8, a press release issued by the Deputy Ministry said.
