The immovable property commission (IPC) operating in the Turkish-occupied part of Cyprus is irrelevant to the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in the Xenides-Arestis group of cases, concerning Turkish-occupied properties, says professor Andreas Orphanides, one of the applicants of the group.
