Total employment for the first quarter of 2020 increased by 2.4%, compared to the corresponding quarter of 2019, according to the provisional estimate announced on Friday by the Statistical Service of the Republic of Cyprus. Total Employment for the first quarter of 2020 is estimated at 428,157 persons, of which 377,459 are employees and 50,698 are self-employed, a relevant announcement says.
