Total employment in Cyprus decreased by 1.3% in the fourth quarter of 2020, compared to the corresponding quarter of 2019. According to an announcement, issued on Friday by the Statistical Service of Cyprus (CyStat), total employment for the fourth quarter of 2020 is estimated at 442,271 persons, of which 392,697 are employees and 49,574 are self-employed.
