A technical problem forced the commercial aircraft on which Slovenian Foreign Affairs Minister Miro Cerar was a passenger, on his way to pay Cyprus a two- day working visit, to land in Vienna, which has resulted in Cerar`s working visit in Cyprus to be postponed for Friday, sources from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have told CNA.
