The Index of Industrial Production for May 2019 reached 135,1 units (base 2015=100), recording an increase of 0,2% compared to May 2018.According to figures released on Tuesday by the Statistical Service, for the period January – May 2019, the index showed an increase of 2,7% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.For Manufacturing, the index for May 2019 reached 146,6 units, recording an increase of 2,9% compared to May 2018.CNA/KCH/AAR/2019ENDS, CYPRUS NEWS AGENCY
