House Price Index (HPI) increased by 2.4% annually in the fourth quarter of 2020. According to preliminary estimate of the Statistical Service of Cyprus, the HPI for the fourth quarter of 2020 amounts to 109,10 units. Compared to the third quarter of 2020, the HPI increased by 4.7% while compared to the Index of the corresponding quarter of 2019, the Index increased by 2.4%.
