Remarks by Chinese President Xi Jinping at Leaders Summit on Climate

At the invitation of U.S. President Joe Biden, Chinese President Xi Jinping attended the Leaders Summit on Climate via video link and delivered an important speech titled “For Man and Nature: Building a Community of Life Together” in Beijing on April 22, 2021.

Xi stressed that all the countries must be committed to harmony between man and nature, green development, systemic governance, people-centered approach and multilateralism, when dealing with climate changes.
