Presidential Commissioner Photis Photiou held on Monday a meeting with Deputy Minister of Diaspora of Romania, Oana Ursache.According to a press release by the Presidency, this was the fifth meeting held after the signing of the Bilateral Memorandum of Cooperation on Diaspora Issues in December 2018.
