The Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) for the first quarter of 2020 show signs of slowing down due to the stricter criteria imposed on the Cyprus Investor Programme and the volatility created by the coronavirus pandemic, the Central Bank of Cyprus (CBC) said on Wednesday. The RPPI compiled by the CBC, rose by an annual 1.8% in the first quarter of 2020 compared with an increase of 2.2% in the fourth quarter of 2019 and 2.8% in Q3 of 2019. “The limited …
