The President of Cyprus contemplates the upcoming meeting with the UN Secretary-General and the Turkish Cypriot leader, on November 25, as an opportunity and goes to Berlin with the political will that negotiations for a Cyprus settlement may resume the soonest possible, Government Spokesman Prodromos Prodromou said on Friday.
